Who collects the data

ТОО «Римбо Адверт» (“Rimbo”) collects the data you send through the request form on this site, as well as technical analytics about site visits.

What data we collect

From the form we receive the brand or company name, your name, your work Telegram or WhatsApp contact and the countries where the brand operates. If you fill in the optional fields, we also receive your work email and your short description of what concerns you.

The site automatically records the first page you opened, the UTM tags in the link you followed, the page you came from, the site language and version, and your window width as one of four ranges. We use your IP address only to limit how often the form can be sent and do not store it with your request.

Why we need this data

We use it to contact you about the Stress Test, prepare a preliminary assessment of your brand and draw up a contract. We never send your brand name or what you wrote about your concern to advertising pixels.

Where requests are stored

We save each request to Rimbo’s secure storage and send copies to our sales team’s internal chat and to our CRM. We keep it for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, write to sales@rimbo.space. We will reply within 10 working days.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use advertising cookies. We collect visit analytics without personal identifiers, unless this policy says otherwise.
