Who collects the data

ТОО «Римбо Адверт» (hereinafter Rimbo) collects the data you submit through the request form on this site, and technical visit analytics.

What we collect

Through the form: brand or company name, your name, a work contact on Telegram or WhatsApp, email (if provided), geography and a short description of the situation (if provided).

Automatically: landing page, UTM parameters, referrer, interface language, viewport group and landing version. The IP address is used only for rate limiting and is not stored with the request.

Why

To contact you about the Reputation Stress Test, prepare a preliminary brand review and draw up a contract. The situation description and brand name are never sent to advertising pixels.

Where requests are stored

Requests are written to Rimbo’s protected store, duplicated to the sales team chat and to the CRM. Retention is 24 months from the last contact, after which the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by writing to sales@rimbo.space. We reply within 10 working days.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use advertising cookies. Visit analytics are collected without personal identifiers unless stated otherwise.
