Rimbo · Reputation Intelligence & Operations

We run your brand’s information field ourselves.

Once a month, a read-out: what changed, where it came from, what to do about it. Between those you don’t hear from us. But when a theme starts growing faster than it usually does at this time of year, we don’t wait for month end — we write, and we bring the data.

  2. 6 217 unique . Duplicates and reposts: 288. We don’t delete them; they’re tied to the original.

  4. 41.8% negative . Negative: 2 501 of 5 989 relevant mentions.
  5. 219 narratives . The repeating ideas rest on 1 990 mentions. The other 3 999 stayed single remarks.

02 · How it works

Here’s what happens while you’re not looking.

There is a dashboard. It’s there so you can open any conclusion we make and see which mentions it was built from — but nobody has to open it every morning: your team has enough tabs already.

Nothing goes out without your approval. Everything before that is our work.

  1. Every day

We watch which themes repeat and which of them grow.

  2. Once a month

An executive report arrives — one page.

  3. When a P2 or P1 appears

P2 means a theme is growing, P1 that it has left a single platform. No reason to wait for the report: the alert goes out at once.

  4. When a P0 starts

P0 is a crisis: it spreads fast and hits the brand. The playbook agreed in advance kicks in.

03 · In the channels

How it works where the brand is actually discussed: Telegram, Threads, Instagram, TikTok.

Four channels, one loop: find the venue, read the conversation, understand the context, decide — watch, reply or notify the team. Below is a simulation on synthetic data: the brand, the people and the messages are invented.

Video frame: a Rimbo screen with the spread graph of a clip Watch the video2:27

Rimbo in two and a half minutes: what it is, how it works per channel and what you get.

The Aspan brand is fictional, the screens are real. In Russian, with sound. Below, the same story step by step in an interactive simulation.

Example industry
  1. AI selects channels, groups and supergroups that match the brand’s audience and are large enough to matter.
  2. Every new message in the selected chats is checked for a brand mention as it arrives — not once a day.
  3. We pull 20 messages before and 20 after: an argument, a joke or a complaint only show in context.
  4. AI writes the conclusion: what it is about, who is talking, where the conversation is going and how much of it is about you.
  5. If the topic is alive, the chat goes under watch right now. If not, we let it go and move on.
  6. When it is needed and when it is in the package: replying with facts, explaining, guiding those who misread the topic.

Fictional brands and invented people. In the real loop nothing goes out without your approval.

04 · When something goes wrong

A crisis rarely opens with a press release. Usually it opens with two reviews nobody read.

This is the alert the escalation owner gets. The data is real — it comes from a run that has already finished.

App Store v3.72.0

mtn_1750ff85fbd5990f Google Play · negative
Очень плохой интернет. Низкая скорость, постоянные сбои в работе. 1000 раз пожалел, что связался с этим провайдером. Ни единого плюса нет. И какой толк от этой поддержки, если ничего не изменилось, а только стало хуже?

Google Play v6.59.0

Ужасный интернет. Работает стабильно только в центре города. Постоянно «отваливается» и не грузит даже сообщения в соцсетях.

When public data doesn’t establish a cause, we write exactly that: “not established from public data”. A guess doesn’t go into the report.

06 · What the data showed

Negativity doesn’t live where people look for it.

We ran 30 Kazakh brands through Rimbo. We won’t say which. But when you take that many fields apart the same way, patterns show up that you never see on one brand alone.

30
brands processed
5 989

219

1 990
mentions used as evidence
Negative share by platform
  • Google Play 71.9% 1 181 mentions
  • App Store 56.0% 2 540 mentions
  • Telegram 44.0% 166 mentions
  • News 7.5% 2 102 mentions
Negative share by sector
  • Telecom 45.1–80.1% 4 brands · 593 mentions
  • Mobility 47.9–62.9% 2 brands · 1 026 mentions
  • Bank 22.8–73.0% 6 brands · 1 006 mentions
  • Marketplace 10.6–54.0% 2 brands · 803 mentions
  • Airline 13.3–43.2% 3 brands · 425 mentions
  • Grocery retail 17.8–38.8% 2 brands · 175 mentions

A dot is a brand, the bar is the spread inside the sector. Corpus median 43.6%. A brand enters the count once it has at least 60 relevant mentions.

5 more sectors in the corpus — one brand each: delivery 64.7%, e-commerce 46.9%, fintech 35.1%, retail 11.6%, electronics 6.0%.

In the news a brand looks better than it is

News carries 7.5% negativity, the app stores up to 71.9%. Same field.

Negativity gathers in a few themes

Four themes — digital experience, service, the product and price — account for 72% of all negativity in the corpus. The rest is spread thin across dozens of small complaints.

The sector explains almost nothing

Two brands from one sector: 22.8% and 73.0% negativity. The spread inside a sector turned out to be wider than the spread between them.

Only 33% of relevant mentions add up to a repeating idea. The rest is noise, and we don’t pass it off as a finding.

Take apart your own field

07 · Two layers

Seeing the problem is half the job. The other half is what nobody takes on.

Rimbo Intelligence

Collects the field and takes it apart: which themes repeat, where they grow from, where the risk sits and what it rests on.

  • public news, app stores and public Telegram
  • additional sources connected per brand
  • narrative analysis: what repeats and where it grows from
  • coordination signals: identical wording, fresh accounts, synchronous growth
  • playbooks written before the risk arrives
  • evidence: every conclusion opens down to the mentions

Rimbo Operations

Does the agreed work — in the channels where you’ve got an operational loop configured. Only there.

  • Threads, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram
  • counter-argumentation by the facts
  • distribution of confirmed facts
  • handling reactions and discussion
  • post-monitoring: whether the field moved or not
  • action log and emergency stop
  • human-in-the-loop: every action after approval

Intelligence answers “what is happening”. Operations are the people who then go and do it.

12 processing stages · 26 agents · 6 505 mentions processed · 30 brands in 90 days

08 · Once a month

The monthly report answers five questions.

  1. What changed this month.
  2. Which narratives grew, and by how much.
  3. Where the negativity came from.
  4. What we did about it.
  5. What to do next.
  • Reputation Index
  • Negative Share
  • High-risk narratives
  • Incidents processed
  • Closed root causes

Our team writes the report on Rimbo data. CMOs and CEOs usually read the summary on page one and stop there, while PR and analysts want the whole evidence layer with the exports — that’s there too.

One review a month with the brand team is part of the managed engagement.

09 · Where to start

First we take your brand apart. Then you decide whether you need us further.

What changes after the audit

  • Instead of a feed of mentions — 3–5 themes, each with a cause and an owner.
  • Instead of “negativity seems to be growing” — a platform, a date and a text you can take to the product team.
  • Instead of reacting on day three — a playbook agreed before it is needed.

Why it matters: four themes produce 72% of all negativity in the corpus, and the narrative in the card above has been alive for 87 days — that is how long a theme works against a brand while nobody names it.

11 · Questions

The objections we hear most often

Is this a replacement for Brand Analytics / YouScan / Meltwater?

Not necessarily. Rimbo can collect on its own, and it can work on top of the monitoring you already have. The difference starts after collection: a team does the analysis, conclusions carry evidence, and playbooks are written for the risks in advance.

How much of our team’s time does this take?

You do not need to open the dashboard every day: it is a viewer and an evidence layer, there for checking. One configuration meeting at the start: sources, risk dictionary, escalation owners. After that, in a normal month, we need one review of 45–60 minutes from you and your approval for external actions when they come up. Everything else is our work.

What counts as a crisis?

We agree that before launch. P2/P1/P0 are defined by how fast a theme grows, its reach, the platforms, and what it puts at risk.

Who acts on behalf of the brand, and by what rules?

Only in the channels you have connected, and only after your approval. What may be said on behalf of the brand, what may not, and how the connection to the brand is disclosed are fixed in the contract before launch. Every action goes into the action log, and the emergency stop halts the work immediately.

What if there is little data?

Then we say so. A weak conclusion is marked with a confidence level: a small sample doesn’t turn into a confident report just because a report is due.

What if the negativity is justified?

Then we say so. The cause goes into the report as a task for the product team, not as a communication topic: closed root causes are a metric of their own in the monthly report. A real defect cannot be closed with replies in the comments, and post-monitoring shows it.

Can we start without an annual contract?

Yes. People start with a 7-day Stress Test. The next step is a 90-day managed pilot.

Name the brand. In 7 working days we’ll tell you what’s actually going on around it.

Start with the Stress Test and decide on your own brand’s data rather than on our landing page.
